1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JockJsn Pet Care LLC's website (JockJsn.com) and all services provided by JockJsn, including grooming, boarding, daycare, training, veterinary consultations, mobile care, and nutrition consulting ("Services"). By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on your pet's size, breed, coat condition, temperament, and the specific requirements of the service. You will be quoted a final price before service commences. Additional charges may apply for:

• Pets requiring extra time due to matting, difficult temperament, or special handling
• Additional products or treatments requested during service
• Emergency or after-hours service requests
• Travel surcharges for mobile services beyond the standard 25-mile radius

3. Booking & Appointments

Booking requests submitted online are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from JockJsn via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet's health, temperament, and vaccination status at the time of booking.

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our Services, you agree to:

• Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide documentation upon request
• Disclose any known health conditions, behavioral issues, allergies, or history of aggression prior to service
• Ensure your pet is free from contagious illness or parasites at the time of service
• Provide an emergency contact who can make decisions regarding your pet if you are unreachable
• Be reachable during your pet's service or boarding stay

5. Health & Safety

JockJsn reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a pet's behavior poses a safety risk to staff or other animals. In the event of a medical emergency, JockJsn will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we may authorize and arrange emergency veterinary care at your expense. You authorize JockJsn to act on your behalf in such situations.

JockJsn is not responsible for pre-existing health conditions discovered during grooming or boarding. Senior pets (aged 8+ years for dogs, 10+ for cats) may be asked to provide a veterinary health clearance before certain services.

6. Liability Limitation

JockJsn carries general liability insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your pet's safety. However, JockJsn's liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from undisclosed behavioral issues or pre-existing conditions
• Stress-related health events in senior, ill, or high-risk pets
• Minor grooming nicks or irritation that may occur despite professional care
• Loss or damage to personal items left with your pet

In no event shall JockJsn's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are dissatisfied with any service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will rebook the service at no charge or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

JockJsn stands behind every service we provide. • A complimentary rebook of the same service
• A partial credit toward a future service

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

• Service was not performed due to an error on JockJsn's part (e.g., missed appointment, double-booking)
• Service was cancelled by JockJsn with less than 24 hours' notice
• Documented injury to your pet caused by JockJsn negligence (subject to investigation)
• Prepaid services cancelled with more than 48 hours' advance notice

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

• Service was partially completed due to your pet's temperament or health, at JockJsn's discretion
• Quality concern raised within 48 hours and a rebook is not feasible
• Prepaid service bundles where remaining sessions are unused and cancellation is requested

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Concern raised more than 48 hours after service completion
• Dissatisfaction arising from undisclosed pet conditions or behavioral issues
• No-shows or same-day cancellations (see Cancellation Policy)
• Change of mind after service has been fully rendered
• Grooming outcomes that differ from verbal descriptions (photos/references are always recommended)

3. Boarding & Daycare Refunds

For multi-night boarding reservations:

• Cancellations made 72+ hours before check-in: full refund
• Cancellations made 24–72 hours before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows: no refund
• Early pick-up during a boarding stay: no refund for unused nights

4. Training Package Refunds

For prepaid training session packages:

• Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 30 days of purchase
• After 30 days, unused sessions may be transferred to another pet or family member
• Sessions already completed are non-refundable

5. Mobile Service Refunds

If our mobile unit is unable to reach your location due to circumstances beyond your control (road closures, severe weather), a full refund or rebook will be offered. If the service cannot be completed due to your pet's behavior or access issues upon arrival, a travel fee of $25 may apply.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Disputes

If you believe your refund was incorrectly denied, you may escalate your concern in writing to management@JockJsn.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

1. Standard Appointment Cancellation

For all standard appointments (grooming, training sessions, veterinary consultations, nutrition consulting):

• 24+ hours notice: No charge. Your appointment will be cancelled with no fee and you may rebook at any time.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged to the card on file.
• No-show (no notice): A fee equal to 50% of the booked service price will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.

2. Mobile Service Cancellation

Because mobile appointments require our team to travel to your location, cancellation fees are slightly different:

• 24+ hours notice: No charge.
• 2–24 hours notice: A $25 cancellation fee applies (covers travel preparation).
• Less than 2 hours notice or no-show: Full service price is charged.

3. Boarding & Daycare Cancellation

For overnight boarding and extended daycare bookings:

• 72+ hours before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• 24–72 hours before check-in: 50% of the first night's fee is charged.
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: Full first night's fee is charged.
• No-show: Full reservation cost is charged for the first 2 nights.
• Holiday & peak periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Spring Break): 72-hour cancellation window applies, and no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours during these periods.

4. Training Package Cancellation

For individual training sessions within a prepaid package:

• Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package.
• Packages may be paused (once) for up to 30 days for personal emergencies with prior written notice.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your appointment by:

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a grooming or training appointment, we may need to shorten the session or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. No additional charge for minor lateness, but the session time may be reduced. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

7. JockJsn-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event JockJsn needs to cancel your appointment (staff illness, emergency, severe weather), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

• Priority rebooking at your preferred time
• A full refund if you have already paid
• A discount on a future booking as a courtesy

8. Rescheduling

Rescheduling an appointment is treated the same as a cancellation. You may reschedule free of charge with 24+ hours notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur the standard late cancellation fee. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of twice without a fee.
